At Elevated Purpose Co., every piece is created with intention, quality, and purpose. Because our products are made on demand, we’ve designed a fair and transparent return policy that protects both you and the integrity of our small business.

 

1.       Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

·         If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

·         Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

·         Your order number

·         A brief description of the issue

·         Clear photos of the item

·         Once verified, a replacement will be sent automatically. No returns required.

 

2.       Exchanges for Size or Color

·         Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot offer traditional exchanges for size, color, or style.

·         However, we do offer a one‑time courtesy discount on a replacement item if:

·         The original item does not fit as expected

·         You notify us within 14 days of delivery

·         This keeps customer satisfaction high while protecting POD production costs.

 

3.       Change‑of‑Mind Returns

·         Print‑on‑demand items cannot be returned or refunded for:

·         Buyer’s remorse

·         Ordering the wrong size

·         Preference changes

·         We encourage customers to review size charts carefully before ordering.

 

4.       Order Cancellations

·         Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

5.       Lost or Stolen Packages

·         If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

·         We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier

·         After the claim is submitted, we offer a 50% discounted replacement

·         This keeps customer care at the forefront while preventing repeated losses.

 

6.       Shipping Issues

·         If your package is delayed, stuck in transit, or returned to sender due to a carrier error, we will work with you to resolve it quickly. If the address was entered incorrectly by the customer, a reship fee may apply.
